When GOD interrupts

I have always wanted to share this but didn’t have a release until now.......

Early 2015, I got this job that seemed like the perfect job. So I resigned from my previous place of work and took it.
I was so excited, it was exactly what I wanted buh you know...When you belong to GOD, you have to be ready for divine interruptions and surprises. These surprises could be pleasant while some leave you speechless and others make you numb and weak at the knees.

Why does GOD interrupt?
Because most times what He has for you, is way better than what you want or what you can see. So, He steps in to save you from settling for less.
And so was the case with that job. We got our letters, began training, went for outings together. Then, we got the shock of our lives that kind of not-too-good but needed surprise. We were asked to wait for a while before resuming fully. And we waited, and waited until 3 good months passed by

It was not funny at first but I have learnt that if GOD permits it then it’s for good.

When GOD interrupts or makes you wait, it is never in vain
Abraham waited, Hannah waited...and the result..Awesome!!!
When I look back, I smile with so much contentment
Because those 3 months of waiting birthed a lot of good;
I wrote a book, entered a competition, finished the first edition of the children's devotional, got the vision for the book fair, got a consultant job with a duration of 2weeks but which covered up what my-would-be salary would have been for those 3months... etc
But most importantly, I grew spiritually
Something happens to you...when GOD overrules your plans for His, you become better, equipped and empowered.

If you happen to be in that moment when it seems you don’t understand what’s up; just remain calm, cool and collected
Keep praying, worshiping and showering praises on GOD
Don’t try to struggle out of it or else you will come out half baked. Most importantly, have the right attitude.
The potter is only beating you into the perfect shape
His purpose has to be fulfilled, so hold on
It is always sweeter to be where GOD wants you to be
Than it is for you to be where He isn’t
Seasons come and seasons go...chill
The end will be so magnificent
And you will certainly come out gold

....weeping....waiting may endure for night, but rejoicing comes in the morning

 yspot!
