For the times of joy, peace and laughter, For the times that I really didn't know what to do,  For the times that you kept pushing me on, For the moments that it seemed you were silent,  For your ever abiding presence, For yours words that kept me on track,  For the silent whispers within my heart,  For the timely interventions, For my Pastors and my mentors, For the family, friends, and loved ones you've blessed me with,  For ACCESS all around, For the blessings that knocked me off my feet, For the blessings that I asked for and received, For the blessings I received and didn't ask for,  For the blessings I'm yet to lay hold of, For GRACE, Favor and Love,  And for being there all through the days of this past year My heart and mouth screams out THANK YOU!!!  There is no way,  I would have made it without you.  Thank you for 2016 #AllTheGloryBelongs2YOU Yspot! 

Permit me to say this first "This GOD is too good"!!! (I know you can testify to that) As the year draws to an end, I'm filled with gratitude for all that YOU have done oh Lord because it is certain that I "Never would have made it without YOU" and that is why "I lay to heart to say Thank YOU" because "At the center of it All, it's YOU that I see". Each day of the year 2016 was a confirmation that "YOU are Good and your mercy is forever" and also the year 2016 proved that the "Blessing is on Me". I have always wanted to share this but didn’t have a release until now....... Early 2015, I got this job that seemed like the perfect job. So I resigned from my previous place of work and took it. I was so excited, it was exactly what I wanted buh you know...When you belong to GOD, you have to be ready for divine interruptions and surprises. These surprises could be pleasant while some leave you speechless and others make you numb and weak at the knees. Why does GOD interrupt? Because most times what He has for you, is way better than what you want or what you can see . So, He steps in to save you from settling for less.  And so was the case with that job. We got our letters, began training, went for outings together . Then, we got the shock of our li ves that kind of not-too-good but needed surprise. We were asked to wait for a while before resuming fully. And we waited, and waited until 3 good months passed by It was not fun

When I meet with children who have read the YCD (Yspot’s Children Devotional), I get really excited and grateful that I kept at it even when I had no idea what GOD was up to.  Well, the first thing I ask the kids is to tell me 3 animals they can remember from the devotional. I get different types of answers....laughing. Some would say, a Cat, a Monkey or some just go beaming with mischievous smiles. I laugh because the current edition contains animals whose names begin with the alphabet A and B. So when the kids go calling different animals..cats, monkey and etc. I just go laughing because I know those animals cannot be found in the devotional.   Some kids have done well but Toluwanimi was exceptionally  different. I spoke with Toluwanimi over the phone and not only did you mention the very first animal in the book... Aardvark which others and even some adults find difficult to pronounce , she mentioned a host of others and further went on to ask w

Live ready..... - Do what GOD loves and expects - Do no t get carried away, stay on track - Keep your focus, with your eyes on the finish line - Watch out for the signs - Guard your heart against heresies and all sorts - Constantly remind yourself and as many as possible, that JESUS is coming back again Simplify your life..... - Forgive easily - Love people whole heartedly - Give, give, give - Serve, serve and keep serving  - Have no time for gossip, malice and anger  - Be happy and joyful always - Leave no room for fear  - Do not give the devil a foot hold  - Let your light shine   - Let your heart be light and fre e...let go of the weights When Christ comes or when He calls....BE READY!!!
