2016 in Songs






Permit me to say this first "This GOD is too good"!!!
(I know you can testify to that)

 As the year draws to an end, I'm filled with gratitude for all that YOU have done oh Lord because it is certain that I "Never would have made it without YOU" and that is why "I lay to heart to say Thank YOU" because "At the center of it All, it's YOU that I see".

 Each day of the year 2016 was a confirmation that "YOU are Good and your mercy is forever" and also the year 2016 proved that the "Blessing is on Me". I look back and can't deny the fact that Indeed "I have tasted of your power" and I can say without doubt that "YOU are the GOD that opens every door". .. "Great GOD, good GOD YOU are".... "Thank YOU for being GOD!".

 I am still expectant because I know that YOU are not done. I am confident that "My latter will be greater than the past" and very certain that "What's coming is better than what has been". I know that "YOU will yet do what no man can do" because "YOU are the Onise Iyanu” and the "Crown of all the ages”. I stand to declare that there is "Nobody like YOU Lord", indeed "Oluwa e tobi" "Baba, I Worship You".

 "Faithful GOD"! "YOU are GOD, from beginning to the end" and that is why I look forward to the coming year with the understanding that "My Status is Changing" because "I am no longer a slave to fear". I have always known YOU to be the "Way Maker, the Miracle Worker, the light in the darkness" and that is why in the coming year I believe "I am spreading everywhere" because "You've made a way" therefore "My Soul says Yes" to all that youve prepared.

 As I round this up, let me ask you a quick question "Is your name in the Book of Life?

"I'm the Seed of Abraham", "An evidence that He is ALIVE"

Hello People, The first half of the year ends in few hours 💃 I look back and all I can say is THANK YOU JESUS! The first day of the year came with the promise of a travel gift from GOD. It was so clear, and I held onto it. Fast forward to the month of February, an opportunity presented itself but the timing was short and it looked impossible cos getting a visa in that short period seemed close to impossible. I almost let it go but I was encouraged by some friends to give it a try. As I mustered the strength to, I remembered what GOD had promised, so I equipped myself with it, booked an appointment and went to the embassy, the Wednesday before the due date for my trip. I walked to the counter when it was my turn to submit my documents. The lady I met, looked at me, and asked: “when are you to travel?” I replied “Sunday”. SEE YOURSELF THROUGH HIS EYES…. …She is far more precious than jewels and her value is far above Rubies or Pearls! “Why do you always walk with your head down?” I paused and considered. This was a question someone asked me some years ago… the only answer I could muster was a sheepish smile. The truth is, back then; I was suffering from what most people battle with. Those were the days I had relied heavily on my big sister in order to dress stylishly. To me, she could do no wrong; she was the “koko”. Now I’m not saying she wasn’t (she still is) all that, but I came to realize on time that I couldn’t run to my sister every time I had to baff up. I had to come to terms with the fact that I was my own person and I needed to develop my own style. It wasn’t instant success o and yes, I am still perfecting the art (it’s a process). I did make 1 or 2 flops (ok maybe 3….ok ok…more than 3), but this issue of style became effortless when I decided to try the “inside-out” approach…
