To know a man, listen to his words
To know yourself, listen to the words you speak

What you say is what you see
And what you see is what you have said
When you speak the right words
Your life automatically aligns with it

Watch what you say
About yourself and even about others
Be known to be a person who builds the spirit of men
Rather than one who specializes in pulling others down
