It's in you, figure it out...

Some days ago, I was singing the song "I know my redeemer lives" by Nicole Mullen. As I sang the first line of the song; "who taught the sun where to stand in the morning..." the words hit me and it felt like I was hearing the words of the line for the first time.

Who taught the sun where to stand in the morning?

Pause and think for some minutes… 💭

Did GOD sit the sun down after creating it to explain what is was made to do or that it was expected to rise in the east and set in the west?

Was there a tutor assigned the responsibility of showing the sun how to rise, how to shine, or to tell the sun the perfect time to set?

or

Did the sun require daily reminders to rise in the morning and give warmth and light to the world?

I doubt that..😶

So, if no one taught the sun where to stand in the morning, then how did the sun know where to stand?

Every appliance made or created is wired to know how to work without been taught what to do or how to do it. GOD made the sun with the innate ability to know where to stand, where to rise, where to set, and how to shine. I’m certain He did the same with you and me too.

Psalms 19:6 says the sun rises at one end of the heavens and follows its course to the other end. Nothing can hide from its heat.

The emphasis is on the fact that the sun follows its course. You know when the doctor says to a patient, you will be fine soon, just allow the fever, cold, or the virus run its course, meaning you have to be patient and wait for the fever, cold or virus to be done doing what they were wired to do despite any interference from medications.

Just like the sun, GOD created you with a purpose and wired you with the innate ability to function and run your course excellently while focusing on the finish line, and no matter the number of interruptions, interceptions, and interference, He expects you to run your course until you are done doing what He wired you to do.

Have you ever seen where a chick hatches or seen the newborn of an animal? The first few things they intuitively do is to feed or suck, and also to walk. You watch as they try to walk, fall in the process but keep trying until they walk perfectly.

Who taught them how to do these things?

                                                                        No one....

For us as humans with His Spirit dwelling in us, it goes beyond just feeding and sucking. Just like the sun, we have been created to run our course, to shine and to impact lives. GOD created you to BE and to DO. I said to be, and do because the Sun was not only created to be the Sun but it was also created to do something; it was created to shine, to give light and warmth, that’s what GOD expects of it.

GOD also has expectations of you...

You might not get it right at first, like the chick you might act wobbly at the beginning but keep at it until you are fully girded to run your course. Everyone has to run their course, no one can help the sun run its course, it has to do that itself.

GOD created you with an innate ability to do mind blowing things. It's in you, figure it out, and ask for guidance when need be. But remember, it is your course to run, no one can run it for you. Therefore, run your course excellently, leaving nothing undone that He expects of you.

There is something HE put in you....figure it out....
