Heal our land dear Lord

Just a heart felt prayer for my country Nigeria


Dear Lord, 

Our nation needs you

Have mercy on our land


Over the years the glory of this land has been harshly pulled apart layer by layer

Causing us pain, and making us bleed

We ask that you cover us

We plead that you heal us


See us as we run in different directions and countries for safety and security

Make our land safe again

Please restore our glory


Save us from the raging battles

Bring calm and peace to every part of our land


Expose and destroy the powers and people hell-bent on ruining our land

Let them be as chaff before the wind

Make their paths slippery and dark


Let this land be habitable for our generation and those to come in Jesus Name!

It's in you, figure it out...

Some days ago, I was singing the song "I know my redeemer lives" by Nicole Mullen. As I sang the first line of the song; "who taught the sun where to stand in the morning..." the words hit me and it felt like I was hearing the words of the line for the first time. Who taught the sun where to stand in the morning?                                                                                       Pause and think for some minutes… 💭 Did GOD sit the sun down after creating it to explain what is was made to do or that it was expected to rise in the east and set in the west?  Was there a tutor assigned th e responsibility of showing the sun how to rise, how to shine, or to tell the sun the perfect time to set?  or Did the sun require daily reminders to rise in the morning and give warmth and light to the world?  I doubt that..😶 So, if no one taught the sun where to stand in the morning, then how did the sun know where to stand?  Every appliance made or created is wir

Those baby steps are worth celebrating... Be grateful

We all watched as JDee tried to crawl on his knees some days back. Prior to this, he had been doing a great job crawling on his stomach, but the guy just can't wait to walk... Lol. So he keeps pushing himself.  Lessons: *You will always remain at the same spot doing the same things until you push yourself forward.  *Don't stop at the point or place where others think you should and neither should you stop because of factors like your age or your sex, or the fact that no one has ever done it before. You can be the first to break and set a new record. *Keep pushing yourself until you are all you can be.  *Don't let the barriers and mindsets stop you.  Eventually JDee did it...
