Valentine on Yspot!

It’s the month of love! Come on… let’s raise the flag of love high………

 

I ’m so excited and expectant. One of my favorite love stories is the love story of Jacob and Rachael. Jacob loved Rachael from the first moment he laid his eyes on her. When Jacob’s eyes met Rachel’s, it was as if nothing else mattered; the world came to a stop…..slow motion things. Quit wondering how I got to know…I know how it feels; I have been there jare…..lol.

Sometimes I marvel at Jacobs’s patience; the length of time it took for him to wait before his true love could be his. I can’t help but wonder what it must have felt like to have waited that long. The good thing was that the feeling was mutual or else Jacobs’ effort would have been wasted.

Rev. T.D Jakes said in his book “Before You Do” - “there is nothing more gratifying than a relationship with someone with whom you can share your innermost thoughts and feelings. Having a partner to rely on, to have your back through life’s ups and downs, is one of God’s greatest gifts”.
